Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Research and Development Manager specializing in Power Electronics to lead our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in hardware and software design of inverters, component selection, control design, and simulation. This role requires extensive experience in handling the complete project cycle.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the R&D team in the design and development of power electronics products, focusing on inverters and solar inverters. - Oversee the hardware and software design of inverters, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. - Guide the selection of components and control design for power electronics systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high performance. - Develop and implement simulation models to validate design concepts and improve product development processes. - Manage the complete project cycle of solar inverters, from initial concept and design through to production, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in power electronics converters, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics, renewable energy technologies, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to drive innovation. - Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
