Fun & Learn go hand in hand - We understand that Work Life Balance is very important. At HHPE, our constant effort is to provide our employees a friendly and conducive work place where employees can be their own self. The objective is to ensure that while people do some serious work they also enjoy and bond with each other. We celebrate all major festivals with our people; we have various recreational activities to rejuvenate them during Fun Fridays where HR conducts small one minute games at employees' respective departments. This is replicated at our branch locations as well. There are activities that involve employee's families, like for instance, organizing family visits to plants, rewarding employees' spouse/children in various events, organising health awareness sessions etc. To keep high level engagement, employees' role as HR partners is realised and various platforms are provided in the company where employees can contribute
