Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics Private Limited successfully participated at Hitachi Social Innovation Forum (HSIF) 2021 India ONLINE during 3rd and 4th March 2021 virtually which was organized by Hitachi, Ltd. and Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd. This virtual forum brought together business leaders from varied business backgrounds and subject matter experts to discuss digital solutions and innovations that can pave the way towards a sustainable future. With a combination of 14 business sessions and virtual exhibition showcasing, how technology could enhance operational efficiencies and create a sustainable society in the long term, for India.
The forum was graced by Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog, Chief Guest for the event with welcome address by Mr. Toshiaki Higashihara, President & CEO, Hitachi, Ltd. and Keynote Address by Mr. Bharat Kaushal, Managing Director, Hitachi India
The two-day virtual event witnessed an amalgamation of bureaucrats, government officials, heads representing Innovation and Technology fields, industry-best minds & leaders from key industries including Energy, Manufacturing, Railways, IT, Payment, e-Governance, Healthcare, Agriculture and Infrastructure including city gas distribution. Backed with insightful keynotes, the industry leaders and subject matter experts shared their unparalleled industry knowledge and experience on digital transformation and delved upon enhancing the Environmental, Social and Economic values of citizens and society at large. Head of Corporate Marketing of Hitachi Hi-Rel delivered a key note address by introducing Hitachi Hi-Rel as an organization, brief on company product portfolio, preliminary challenges and solutions of India pertaining to Solar Power Generation and Contribution of Hitachi Hi-Rel in generating more than 2.5 GW solar (renewable) power in Indian Solar Domain through its supplied and installed Hitachi Solar Inverters.
Mr. Sachin Borisa, General Manager – Sales & Service of Solar Business Vertical of Hitachi Hi-Rel joined the session as Hitachi Hi-Rel Panellist and shared his viewpoints on varieties of session discussion points like Renewable energy industry in India – advantage India, Government’s forecast towards renewable energy, India on its way to green energy, Necessity of efficient solar farms for green stability and Supportive Government policies.
